Seeing as we're around ONE MONTH (yes, that needed capitals) away from Christmas and now is the time that everyone begins to get into a frenzy when shopping for presents, I thought it was time for me to share my set of gift guides. My first of three includes more premium gifts ideal for the lovely ladies in your life.
The first brand I think of when it comes to gifts is Jo Malone. Everything, from the vast fragrance range, chic packaging and gift-wrapping service, makes a Jo Malone Cologne a special gift for a loved one. There's so many sophisticated scents to choose from, but Pomegranate Noir, a rich, fruity fragrance that is just perfect for this time of year, is my top pick.
For those who love to paint their nails, I'm sure the Deborah Lippmann Dancing In The Nude Nail Lacquer Set would make them very happy indeed. These polishes are such high quality and the line-up of five, nude shades is so wearable all year round, with no dud colours included.
Being a sucker for anything rose gold, as soon as I spotted this Monica Vinader Esencia 18ct Rose Gold-Plated Friendship Bracelet, it went straight on my Christmas wish-list. Personally, I love the black and gold combination, but this bracelet comes in an array of colours. As it's simple, yet stylish, it would be suitable for women of all ages and could be worn both day and night.
Diptique candles are such high quality and this Diptique Seasonal Candle Set includes an edit of their five, best, winter scents. They burn down so cleanly, give off a strong scent and last for months. Although Diptique always bring out a limited-edition trio of candles for Christmas, I think this set will continue to be appropriate once the big day has passed.
If you want to splash out on a designer bag for someone special, but don't want to fork out an absolute wedge, Vivenne Westwood Bags are ideal. With both simple, classic designs and more quirky, playful styles in the range, she offers something to suit every taste and the prices are relatively affordable, compared to the majority of designer brands out there. I particularly love this Jungle Croc Cross-Body Bag, which is a classic.
If you're a regular reader of AGB, then you may already know about my obsession with Sarah Chapman Skincare. Honestly, everything I've tried from the brand has blown me away and transformed my skin. The Sarah Chapman Jet Set Collection gives you a little taster of some of her cult-favourite products, so you can try before you buy. Containing six products, a cleansing mitt, and a travel bag, this set is packed full of goodies and would be such a treat.
For serious stationary lovers out there, like myself, receiving a fancy diary for the next year is always a nice surprise. No-one does glamorous notebooks, sticky notes or even paperclips quite like Kate Spade and the Kate Spade Diary is a organization-obsessive's dream. Instead of a boring plain diary, this one adds a touch of glamour to a mundane everyday item.
For anyone that needs to take more out time for themselves, a pampering set is a great idea. Out of all the gift sets to hit the market, my favourite has to be The Body Shop's Spa Of The World Luxurious Body Collection. Containing everything you need to get the softest, smoothest skin, including a bath milk, scrub, body cream and massage oil, this is sure to be well-received.
If beauty products aren't really her thing, then home-ware makes a lovely gift. This French Connection Ombre Vase comes in three colours, with the bubbled glass and ombre finish making this a decorative piece in its own right. More exciting than a plain vase, this one will make a statement in the home, especially when filled with beautiful blooms.
What are you hoping to find under the tree, this Christmas?
